Welcome to Birch Island. Just a 'stone's throw' off the mainland and a ten minute boat ride from the nearest launch. Surrounded by a half mile of tranquil salt water and rocky coastline, Birch Island is 10 acres of high, heavily wooded land with a mix of large hardwood and softwood trees. There is a fully wired cottage. A well and septic system are on-site. There is lots of deep water mooring on the eastern side of the island. The property includes a 25 foot wide strip of land from the Cape Wharf Road to the shore to provide unrestricted access. As an added bonus, there is an existing concrete foundation that can be used for an additional building. Enjoy all of what Canada's Ocean Playground has to offer.
