Villa Peperoncino was designed by Andrew Trotter Studio and was built with local materials and using traditional construction methods.
The villa is surrounded by a hectare of garden with olive and almond trees and enjoys a wonderful sea view from the roof terrace. In addition to the swimming pool there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven and an external relaxation area.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the main bedroom has its own veranda with private garden and outdoor shower.
The second bedroom ha a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
The other two bedrooms are double (one with a king bed and one with two twin beds) and shar a bathroom.
The outbuilding, called "lamia", houses the last bedroom.
In the basement there is a cinema area.
The minimum stay is 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season.
