This hacienda, designed by Javier de Bethencourt and built in 1998, is exclusive in its design and distance to Seville.
Just 11 minutes from the Andalusian capital, this hacienda is very well connected, being only 5 minutes from the metro and less than 30 minutes from Seville airport.
The estate is very close to hospitals, shopping centres, golf courses (Real Club Sevilla Golf, Club Zaudín, ...), equestrian and sports centres such as El Real Club Pineda, further enhancing the experience of living in the heart of nature and with all kinds of facilities nearby.
The residential area has 1.235 square metres, a main house, a manor house, and two houses.
The land has more than 80,000 metres, mostly of olive groves, currently being exploited and between 40,000 and 60,000 kilos of olives are harvested annually.
It is worth mentioning that the estate has a horse track or riding arena with professional measures, electricity and automatic irrigation.
The façade has a tower with a belvedere offering panoramic views of the surrounding olive groves of the Aljarafe.
The residential layout is organised into several courtyards, each with its own unique style. The first courtyard houses a chapel, the caretaker's quarters and the stables, connecting with the second courtyard. In the second courtyard, we find a beautiful fountain surrounded by cypress trees that gives access to the main house.
The house is extraordinarily unique in its style and design and at the same time comfortable, as it has all the comforts of home.
Of traditional inspiration, its rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that allow natural light to enter, giving them an extraordinary warmth.
The manor house is distributed in an entrance hall, a large living room, a magnificent lounge with large windows and fireplace and a kitchen-dining room. From the kitchen, there is access to the porch and the garden, which makes it easy to hold lunches, dinners and other celebrations.
Behind the kitchen there is an office, a bathroom and a laundry area with plenty of storage space.
There are 5 bedrooms in the main house, but it can be extended to 9, including another room next to the chapel which is currently an office.
The same happens with the bathrooms, which are 5 and a toilet, but 2 more complete bathrooms can be obtained from this room/office next to the chapel.
In total the residential area could aspire to 9 bedrooms and 7 complete bathrooms and a toilet.
On the same floor and next to the kitchen there is a large dining room with fireplace, which invites you to spend long hours chatting.
The entrance to the house leads to the tower, which has been converted into a living room. We go to the outside where we can appreciate the marvellous views of the olive grove of the Aljarafe. You can even see the city of Seville, due to its proximity and the altitude of the land.
The back of the house has a large covered porch overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, the latter of which is very original in its design. With changing room and bar, it is designed for the enjoyment of children and adults alike.
The south-facing garden stands out for its water fountains surrounded by plants, flowers and trees, which in spring bloom leaving a colourful and pleasing picture to the senses. Automatic irrigation and well water with sufficient flow for the care of the garden, which has automatic lighting.
A little further away from the swimming pool, there is a paddle tennis court with bleachers, where you can enjoy this sport in a private and exclusive way
