Magnificent estate located on the slopes overlooking the Douro River, near the heart of the Douro wine region, classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, in Pinhão. Enjoying fabulous views that etch into the memory of those who glimpse them, the estate extends over an area of 24 hectares in a privileged location along the Douro River. Of these, 19 hectares are vineyards featuring typical regional grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca, and Sousão. The average annual grape production is around 15,000 kilograms, with the vineyard predominantly consisting of old vines averaging 30 years of age. The property belonged to the Cálem family for over 150 years and is currently owned by a descendant of the Bordeaux wine producer, Marquis de Ségur, the 'Prince of the Vines.' Surrounded by vineyards, there is a house currently undergoing renovation that will comprise an area of 570 square meters of construction. The designed house will include six suites, a restaurant, a library, and outside, an infinity pool where one can enjoy leisure moments surrounded by the idyllic landscape.
