ROCKY NECK WATERFRONT FOUR FAMILY WITH COMMERCIAL DEEP WATER CHAP 91 DOCK. The dock can accommodate large fishing boats or multiple pleasure crafts and extends out to the Harbor Commissioner's Line in the harbor. There are four residential units, one original to the property and three newer units built in 2004. The 2004 building has (2) one bedroom units, and (1) two bedroom unit, both with private decks and sweeping harbor views. The original unit is located on the dock with wraparound harbor views of Gloucester's inner harbor. A parade of boats will keep you entertained along with summertime fireworks and the Parade of Sail. Rocky Neck is the oldest art colony in the country with art studios and galleries, restaurants and bars, and a multitude of water activities. It's a short distance to downtown, Niles Beach and Eastern Point Yacht Club. Bring your boat, big or small! There is potential to add multiple fingers to the dock for more dockage. All units have separate utilities except for water/sewer.
