Wonderful land, inserted in the project Muda Reserve, Quintas da Aldeia, a new concept of life that combines countryside and beach with all the comfort and security of modern life.

50 plots of land with areas between 4 and 6 hectares have been created here – known as Village Farms – on which houses up to 500 sq.m. per Farm may
be built. You can either develop your own architectural project or select one of the solutions we have to suggest by renowned practices: Conceitos de Arte, Intergaup and GCCM.

These 50 Farms are fully infrastructured: access roads, water (for farming, irefighting and home consumption), electricity and telecommunications
networks.

This rural residential project evolves around the future Aldeia da Muda – a new village built from scratch inspired on traditional Alentejo architecture.
The project will benefit from all village infrastructures: church, playing fields, children’s playground, retail Support services such as grocery, minimarket, restaurant and a kiosk selling newspapers and magazines.
