Salgueiros Flats in Paranhos is a residential building with a distinctly contemporary language composed of apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms, with terraces or balconies for residents to enjoy the outdoor space. Parking places are available to ensure vehicle safety. Architect Sofia Granjo designed this project.
The apartments are eastern or western-oriented and combine design, comfort, and functionality. They aim to meet the expectations of the ones who want to live in a stable residential area, two steps away from universities, hospitals, schools, and supermarkets, and just a few minutes from the university campus, hospital of S. João, and downtown Porto via metro.
Porto is one of the oldest tourist destinations in Europe. Its vast artistic heritage, Port wine, outdoor leisure
spaces, and cultural life are only some of the reasons to visit this city. Porto develops along the Douro River and the Atlantic Ocean, revealing enchanting views, inviting terraces, and all the pleasures of the
outdoors, framed by green spaces.
