The interior of the villa is a calming blend of modern furnishings and artwork in an open, central living space with spectacular mahogany vaulted ceilings and wood trim. The open kitchen is designed for entertaining with a huge granite countertop island, 8 leather bar stools, GE Monogram appliances and rich mahogany cabinetry. There is a separate bar area around the corner from the kitchen for the wine connoisseurs and mixologists at heart. The living room area has a huge sectional sofa and custom mahogany entertainment wall that also serves as bookshelves or a display for objects d’art. The main bedroom and beautifully finished ensuite bathroom are located on the east side offering a private retreat. The 2 guest bedrooms, each with their own luxurious ensuite bathrooms located on the west side of the villa. There is also a spacious “bunk room” accessed from the pool deck through a sliding door that is the perfect kids’ hangout with 4 custom built double bunk beds and large screen TV. The exterior living space of Azimuth Villa is just as impressive with the centerpiece being the infinity edge pool that seems to flow into the beautiful turquoise waters of the canal below. The pool is flanked by a large circular fire pit and sitting area on one end and a smaller fire pit table on the other. In the canal, the Waverunners (included) sit on their own docks and can be lifted out of the water with the dock davit, placed on wheeled cradles and conveniently rolled into the drive-through, over-height garage when not in use. Also included are paddleboards and kayaks to take full advantage of the calm clear waters of the canal. At 120’ wide, there is ample room to also dock a large boat to take full advantage of the canal front lifestyle. Azimuth Villa has been short term rented sparingly when the owners are not in residence.
