The house originates from 1899 and has bundles of character, the current owners have done a wonderful refurbishment keeping all original features and adding extra features in perfect harmony with the spirit of the house. The façade of the house has been enhanced by new red windows and a beautiful red door.

The entrance hall has beautiful original azulejos on the floors and decorative beading that runs in the middle of the wall until the corridor. There is at this level a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Following on down the corridor, you enter a living space that has been carefully thought out. It comprises a new fully fitted kitchen with modern black appliances and real wood cupboards. Three arches open from the kitchen onto the lounge that in turn has French doors to give access to the outside patio.
