No 1 is on the corner and is a three-storey building with an impressive front façade with full height windows to Flat 1B on the first floor. There is a protruding bay window off the sitting room to the side.
Outer storm doors and a half glazed inner door give access to a shared entrance hall and stairs up the first-floor landing with a door off to 1B. The stairs at the end of the landing continue up to 1C on the second floor.
