The church, attached to the main house, is a simple yet charming building distinguished by its uniqueness. It consists of a single nave with a rectangular floor plan, covered by a pointed vault, and a semicircular apse oriented to the north. The main façade features a doorway with voussoirs and remnants of a lowered arch made of carved stone on one side, along with the vestiges of what was once an old porch. Inside, the church boasts a stone cornice and stone slab flooring, while the exterior shows concave cornices on the sides and a convex cornice on the apse.
Regarding its history, local tradition suggests that a castle once stood on this site and that it later became a Benedictine priory. Before 1212, there is mention of a fortress that gave its name to a noble family in the area. Documents from the Diocesan Archive record that in 1253, a family founded the chapel and the priory. The church also features various inscriptions and modifications that attest to its evolution over the centuries: a reused stone bears the date 1632, while the side door with voussoirs has an inscription from 1622, in addition to other 18th-century modifications visible on a carved lintel.
The main house has four double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The spacious and bright master bedroom offers spectacular views of the garden and the pool.
