Villa Alberti is a very classic and fine example of a historic Villa Veneta, built in the 18th century as the countryside house for a noble and wealthy family.
In very good used condition, the Villa boasts the classic Venetian three-parted floorplan, with a huge central lounge hall and with a North-South orientation.
The spaces are on three levels plus an annex – the ‘Barchessa' – on the eastern side.
After the thorough refurbishment works carried out in the early 2000s, a fine little hotel was created in the villa with 21 fine rooms, benefitting of the grand and noble spaces of the ground floor of the Villa and of the truly spectacular and entirely walled Italian garden, sized almost one hectare and featuring also a little grove with mature trees, an orchard, a lovely ‘brolo' meadow and a ‘belvedere' terrace.
The peaceful and beautiful location in Dolo – midway between Venice and Padua and along the Riviera del Brenta – is just perfect to explore the Venetian countryside and is also accessible from Venice by day ‘Burchielli' boat cruises.
