There are four well-proportioned bedrooms on the first floor, the principal suite has a bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a section of landing and a bathroom; there are three further bedrooms, two with built-in wardrobes, and a family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.
The house is set back behind hedging, with an in and out driveway providing ample space for parking. The attached garage is suitable for use as storage or a workshop, and has the potential to be converted (subject to obtaining the necessary permission).
There is a terrace spanning the rear of the house, with space for garden furniture. The remainder of the fully-enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn, with mature trees and shrubs at the boundary; towards the rear a gate leads to an enclosed kitchen garden with a raised bed. The grounds extend to in all approximately a quarter of an acre.
