The apartment has a large living room with almost 15 m² in length and wall-to-wall windows. The kitchen and service area are also large. In the intimate area, there are three bedrooms with a balcony. Modernist and retreated building, with two apartments of 345 m² area per floor. Built in 1965, the building project was signed by architect Alfred Duntuch.
