At around 140 kms from Lisbon, the Estate is located in the Parish of V.Nova da Baronia, Municipality of Alvito, just near Alcácer do Sal and Torrão. Composed of 2 "Montes", one of which has a ground level house with around 600 sqm (4 suites, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 lounge, 1 office, kitchen and storage room) and a house for the housekeepers (with 3 rooms). The other one is composed of 3 houses to support the touristic hunting. The activities carried out by Soc. Agropecuária, are cattle breeding, touristic hunting reserve, vineyards, pinewood and cork. In addition to the existing dam that currently meets all needs, it also has several holes for capturing water. The vineyard is about 25 ha and includes a wine cellar of 2,500 sqm that allows the production of 350,000 bottles per Year, and also a 660 sqm cave for wine storage. A Wine Tourism facility of 550 sqm, was integrated in this project, especially conceived to receive guests and host wine tasting sessions, with the wine of the Vineyard. The largest part of the estate is occupied by cattle pasture. Bovine breeding is currently comprised of about 200 suckling cows and 6 pure Limousine bulls.
