LESSEE shall be responsible for electricity fees, heating, hot water, telephone, internet and cable, snow removal, lawn maintenance.
The promise to lease shall be conditional upon a credit check to the entire satisfaction of the LESSOR within 7 days of the acceptance of the promise to lease.
The LESSEE must have a tenant insurance policy with a liability of $ 2,000,000 in effect during the full term of the lease and a copy of this insurance policy must be given to the LESSOR before occupancy.
The first month's rent is payable on the day the lease is signed. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required on signing the lease. This amount is refundable at the end of the lease, after inspection of the premises by the LESSOR and BROKER.
No smoking in the condo, no pets allowed, and no Airbnb or short term rental.

A professional cleaning service will be provided by the LESSEE upon his departure.
