OTHER CONDITIONS: * Lessee shall provide satisfactory credit references & proof of employment * Lessee's liability insurance of minimum $2 million coverage required, proof to be provided at lease signing & before occupancy and upon every renewal. * No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) * No pets * If applicable, all building's moving costs shall be at the tenant's expense * Tenant is not allowed to sub-lease or lease transfer without written permission from Landlord, no Airbnb * No painting without consent of the landlord * If applicable, the cost of repairing any damages other than regular wear-and-tear of the premises shall be paid by the LESSEE * Tenant must review and agree to the building's rules and -regulations at the time of the offer * The association will review the accepted rental offer and conduct a background check on the prospective tenant
