The winery covers a total area of 13.5 hectares (33.3 acres), set in the hills north of Florence.
The vineyard (3.6 ha) consists almost entirely of Sangiovese vines and stretches along the ridge overlooking the valley at an altitude ranging from 250 to 350 m. The oldest vines date back to 2000 and are composed almost exclusively of Sangiovese, while the 2017 extension is composed of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. There are plans to plant another vineyard (about 1.3 ha) that would replace part of the estate's olive grove. Current production is around 20,000 bottles/year but could reach 45,000 with the new planting.
