Outside
A farm-style gate provides access to the sweeping gravel drive, leading to a detached, single garage, and on to the front garden which is predominantly laid to lawn with a hedge boundary.
A set of steps lead down to the principal garden area, which naturally divides into two areas, with the lower part of the garden being the primary entertaining space and features a decked platform and pond.
The upper section of the garden is mainly lawned with an orchard area and a mature tree lined boundary, which backs on to further woodland. The undercroft / basement room is accessed from the decking area which would suit ideal use as an office / garden room.
The detached single garage benefits a workshop area off to the side, in addition to internal power and lighting.
