Gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops,stainless steel appliances and a large island that offers plenty of seating. There is also an under counter wine/ beer fridge. Just off of the kitchen is the formal dining room. The living room offers plenty of seating with a large flat screen TV. The oversized 3rd floor deck is a great spot for entertaining. The deck offers great views and is screened in. Oversized two car garage is huge and features an out cove with seating giving a clubhouse vibe. Out back the patio offers a spot to barbecue and there is also an outside shower to rinse off after going to the beach.
