Directions

From the centre of the village along Main Street towards the Old Bulls Head restaurant. At the T junction turn left onto Beacon Road and take the first turning on the right onto Breakback Road. Continue past the entrance to Charnwood Forest Golf Club and at the crossroads with Deans Lane turn right onto Brook Road. Brook Road Is a woodland track which is unadopted, providing access only to Pocket Gate Cottage and Pocket Gate Farm. After a short distance turn left at the triangle where Pocket Gate Cottage can easily be found.
