Marsh Barn dates back to the 1700s and was converted into a residence approximately thirty years ago. The house is very attractive, with several additions over the years, including a heated, timber-framed garden room that overlooks the beautiful landscaped grounds around the house. In addition to the main house, the property benefits from ancillary accommodation, a studio, external home office, storage and a large workshop with an additional storage unit.

Marsh Barn has a wonderful landscaped garden which is predominantly lawn with oval shaped flowerbeds creating an inner and outer garden. The lawn is surrounded by native hedges and Yew providing a tranquil setting. To the west of the house is a large wild meadow with serval species of trees and an attractive natural pond fed by a spring.
The property also includes three paddocks. The smaller paddock to the south features a field shelter, as does the larger paddock to the southeast. The third paddock, located to the north of the house, has a seldom-used footpath leading to the church.
