Description
This semi-detached family home occupies a pleasant cul de sac in a well-connected setting close to schools, transport links and amenities. The house has been extensively updated and extended to the rear and into the loft to create a spacious and modern home that has a bright and airy feel. Downstairs the largely open plan layout provides excellent flow and further increases the feel of space. At the front of the house, a good-size study could equally be used as a snug or playroom, and there is a well-appointed kitchen with red gloss cabinets and integrated appliances. A separate utility area has space for laundry machines. At the back of the house, a spacious sitting room and adjoining dining room have sliding doors opening to the rear garden: perfect for entertaining in the summer months.
The first-floor accommodation comprises three double bedrooms (two with built-in storage) and a family bath/shower room. The top floor loft conversion has created a fourth bedroom and en suite shower room, with Velux windows in the roof providing excellent natural light.
To the front of the house there are two off-street parking spaces on a gravel driveway, with a side gate providing access along the side of the house to the rear. Here there is a low maintenance garden featuring a paved patio terrace and an enclosed astroturf lawn with hedges to the rear boundary. The garden is fully enclosed and includes a number of shrubs around the borders.
