Welcome to the beautiful archipelago between Möja and Sandhamn. Here you’ll find a charming waterfront property in a peaceful, sheltered bay with beautiful rocks. The main building, covering 56 square meters, offers living spaces and an open-plan kitchen with a fireplace, three bedrooms, and two sleeping lofts. There is also a separate storage shed. By the lake, there is a solid dock and a sauna building of approximately 15 square meters with a wood-fired sauna.
There are five separate properties on Stora Gummerholmen. As a property owner, you own 1/5 of the remaining part of the island, as well as four nearby islands and a portion of Storö. See the property map.

Stora Gummerholmen can be reached by your own boat or alternatively by the Vaxholm ferry to Hagede pier on Storö, followed by a short boat ride across the strait from Storö.
